Why is this unit in the DiamondBack Outlet?

This  was ordered incorrectly and sent back to diamondback.  It was opened but not installed.  During return Shipping the hinges suffered some blemishes.

All DiamondBack Outlet items carry the same lifetime warranty as regular DiamondBack items.
