Why is this unit in the DiamondBack Outlet?

This DiamondBack  has ugly welds, and scratches and blemishes in the metal. These issues are purely cosmetic and will not affect function. 

All DiamondBack Outlet items carry the same lifetime warranty as regular DiamondBack items.
